临床护理路径在百日咳患儿中的应用价值

Application Value of Applying Clinical Nursing Pathways in Pertussis Children

目的探讨在百日咳患儿中应用临床护理路径的效果。方法本研究选取2019年1月至2022年12月在厦门市儿童医院感染科住院治疗的50例百日咳患儿为研究对象,将其随机分为观察组(25例,临床路径护理)与对照组(25例,常规护理)。比较两组的青紫发生率、并发症发生率、住院时间、住院满意度情况,比较两组干预效果。结果观察组青紫发生率24.0%(6/25),较对照组56.0%(14/25)低(χ^(2)=5.332,P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率56.0%(14/25),较对照组84.0%(21/25)低(χ^(2)=4.667,P<0.05);观察组住院时间(8.00±2.83)d,较对照组(13.64±5.06)d短(P<0.05)。观察组护理满意度为96.00%(24/25),较对照组76.00%(19/25)高(χ^(2)=4.153,P<0.05)。结论临床路径护理在缓解百日咳患儿咳嗽的症状、降低患者发绀率、减少并发症的发生、缩短住院时间、提高患者住院满意度等方面都有积极的意义,具有良好的临床应用价值。

Objective To explore the application value of applying clinical nursing pathways in pertussis children.Methods This study selected 50 children with pertussis who were hospitalized in the Infection Department of Xiamen Children's Hospital from January 2019 to December 2022 as the research subjects.They were randomly divided into an observation group(25 cases,clinical pathway nursing)and a control group(25 cases,routine nursing).The incidence of cyanosis,complication rate,length of hospital stay,and hospitalization satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Compare the intervention effects between the two groups.Results The incidence of cyanosis in the observation group was 24%(6/25),which was lower than the control group's 56.0%(14/25)(χ^(2)=5.332,P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was 56.0%(14/25),lower than the control group's 84.0%(21/25)(χ^(2)=4.667,P<0.05).The length of hospitalization in the observation group was(8.00±2.83)days,which was lower than that in the control group(13.64±5.06)days(P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of nursing in the observation group was 96.00%(24/25),which was shorter than 76.00%(19/25)in the control group(χ^(2)=4.153,P<0.05).Conclusion Clinical pathway nursing has positive significance in alleviating cough symptoms in children with pertussis,reducing the incidence of cyanosis and complications,shortening hospitalization days,and patient satisfaction,and has good clinical application value.
