红光治疗仪在肝病中的综合护理效果

Effect of the Comprehensive Care of Red Light Therapy Instrument in Liver Disease

目的探讨肝病患者应用红光治疗仪期间综合护理的临床价值。方法选取2020年1月至2022年10月我院收治的160例肝病患者,所有患者均采用红光治疗仪,按照随机数字表法分为观察组(综合护理,80例)与对照组(常规护理,80例),对照组采用常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上采用综合护理,比较两组患者的护理效果。结果干预1个月后,观察组TBIL、ALT、AST水平低于对照组(P<0.05),生活质量评分及护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在肝病患者红光治疗期间,综合护理有助于改善患者的肝功能指标与生活质量,促进护理满意度的提升。

Objective To explore the clinical value of comprehensive care during the application of red light therapy instrument in patients with liver disease.Methods A total of 160 patients with liver disease admitted to our hospital during January 2020 to October 2022 were selected,all patients were treated with red light therapy instrument,and divided into observation group(comprehensive care,80 patients)and control group(conventional care,80 patients)according to the random number table method,the control group used conventional care and the observation group used comprehensive care on the basis of the control group,and the nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results After 1 month of intervention,the TBIL,ALT and AST levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the quality of life scores and nursing satisfaction were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion During red light therapy in patients with liver disease,comprehensive nursing care helps improve patients'liver function index and quality of life,and promotes the improvement of nursing satisfaction.
