Jinan is an important birthplace of Da Shun culture.It has a history and tradition of offering sacrifices to Da Shun for thousands of years and has accumulated profound culture of offering sacrifices to Da Shun,which is a cultural resource of strategic significance for Jinan,a famous historical and cultural city.To raise the banner of Da Shun culture and resume the sacrifice ceremony of Da Shun is the need to carry forward the excellent traditional Chinese culture,implement the national major Yellow River strategy,highlight Jinan's position on the pivot of Chinese civilization of"One mountain,one water,one saint",strengthen the construction of"Cultural Jinan"and enhance the soft power of Jinan city.
