青年非认知能力对其就业质量的影响

摘要 青年高质量就业是社会稳定的基石。利用中国家庭追踪调查数据,从影响效应、作用机制和异质性三个角度分析了青年非认知能力对其就业质量的影响。所得主要结论如下:(1)青年的非认知能力可以显著提升其就业质量,非认知能力显著促进工资收入、职业发展、工作稳定性和工作满意度,降低工作强度;青年情绪稳定性、开放性和外向性对就业质量提升更为重要。(2)青年非认知能力主要通过降低过度教育概率、增强互联网信息渠道依赖和提高社会资本水平提升就业质量。(3)青年非认知能力对就业质量的提升效应在体制外青年中更为明显。 High-quality of youth employment is the foundation of social stability.Using the data of Chinese Family Panel Studies,this paper explores the effect,mechanism and heterogeneity of non-cognitive skills on the quality of youth employment.The result shows that:first,non-cognitive skills can significantly improve the quality of youth employment,specifically,significantly promote wage income,career development,job stability and job satisfaction,and reduce working intensity,and openness,emotional stability and extroversion are more important to improve the quality of youth employment;second,non-cognitive skills can improve youth employment quality mainly by reducing the probability of excessive education,enhancing reliance on Internet information channels and improving the level of social capital;third,non-cognitive skills have a more significant impact on the employment quality of working outside the system.
