盐胁迫对番茄幼苗生长及生理指标的影响

摘要 为探究盐胁迫对番茄幼苗生长及生理的影响,以黄贵妃樱桃番茄为实验材料,在温室内利用1/2 Hoagland营养液进行培养,用100 mM NaCl进行胁迫处理,并对根长、地上部高度、叶绿素、MDA、POD、可溶性糖、脯氨酸等生长指标和生理指标进行测定。结果显示,在盐胁迫下,番茄幼苗中的叶绿素遭到破坏,含量显著降低,而可溶性糖、MDA、脯氨酸含量以及POD活性都呈显著上升趋势。这些都表明黄贵妃樱桃番茄可以通过调节自身的生理功能来抵御盐胁迫带来的损害。 In order to explore the effect of salt damage on the growth and physiology of tomato,this paper used Huangguifei cherry tomato as experimental material,and cultured in 1/2 Hoagland nutrient solution and treated it with 100 mM NaCl.Then,the physiological indexes of root length,shoot height,chlorophyll,malondialdehyde,solublesugar,proline,and peroxidase were tested after treated.It was found that salt stress caused damage on chlorophyll in tomato seedlings and its content was significantly decreased compared to the control group.While the contents of soluble sugar,malondialdehyde,proline,and stimulate peroxidase activity were significantly increased.These results indicated that Huangguifei cherry tomato can resist the damage caused by salt stress by regulating its physiological function.
