摘要
城市生活型街道慢行空间是城市居民日常活动的主要载体。由于城市街道是承载居民数量最多的城市公共空间,改造城市生活型街道慢行空间,鼓励居民选择绿色出行方式,是减少机动车使用的有效办法,这将有助于减少城市交通的碳排放量。提出应从城市生活型街道的连通性、舒适性、安全性和趣味性四个方面进行慢行空间改造;在保证道路顺畅、交通安全的基础上,融合娱乐休闲、旅游观光,建立植物多样性、景观群落多样性的慢行空间,缩短绿色出行居民的使用感知时间,以提高城市生活型街道慢行空间的吸引力,引导居民对绿色出行方式的兴趣和参与度。将有助于减少城市机动车的使用数量,降低城市公共空间的碳排放量。因此,对于促进城市可持续发展和碳减排具有重要意义,并为城市规划者和决策者提供了生活型街道慢行空间低碳改造策略的参考和借鉴。
Urban service streets,regarded as a kind of non-motorized transport spaces,are the primary carriers of daily activities for urban residents.As urban streets accommodate the largest number of residents among public spaces,it is an effective measure to transform urban service streets into non-motorized transport spaces and encourage encouragement of residents to choose green transportation to reduce the use of motor vehicles,which will help decrease carbon emissions from urban transportation.Based on this,this paper proposed an innovative approach to transform non-motorized transport spaces in urban service streets from four aspects:connectivity,comfort,safety,and enjoyment.Observing the principle of ensuring smooth traffic flow and safe transportation,integrating entertainment,leisure,and tourism,and establishing non-motorized transport spaces with diverse plant species and landscape communities,this approach will shorten the perceived travel time residents use green transportation,so as to enhance the attractiveness of urban living streets as non-motorized transport spaces and stimulate residents'interests to engage in green transportation modes.This research will contribute to reducing thenumbers of motor vehicles in cities and carbon emissions from urban public spaces,which is of great significance in the promotion of sustainable urban development and carbon reduction and can provide reference for urban planners and decision-makers to formulate low-carbon transformation strategies for service street non-motorized transport spaces.
