Forests are an important part of terrestrial ecosystems and an important source and sink of atmospheric greenhouse gases. They play a key role in regional and global carbon cycles.Forest soil organic carbon is an important part of the global carbon cycle, and its accumulation and decomposition changes directly affect the carbon storage of terrestrial ecosystems and the global carbon balance.Climate change affects plant photosynthesis, decomposition and transformation of soil organic carbon, and then a ffects forest soil organic carbon storage and soil carbon dynamics.Understanding the adaptation of forest soil organic carbon to climate change is helpful for people to manage forest carbon pool scientifically and provide theoretical and technical support for further finding feasible ways to alleviate climate change. Therefore, this paper summarizes the effects of climate change(temperature,moisture,CO_(2)concentration),natural regulation factors(vegetation types, soil physical and chemical properties),and human regulation factors(land use patterns, fertilization, forest fires)on forest soil organic carbon, and puts forward relevant research prospects.
