效率视角下都市农业数字化转型的赋能机制、发展框架与实现路径--以南京市浦口区为例

摘要 中国特色社会主义进入新时代,都市农业作为高效农业发展模式,在数字经济快速发展背景下迎来了发展新机遇。为解决都市农业在生产、市场、服务等方面的问题,文章依托数字化赋能理论,基于效率视角,通过案例筛选与理论分析对南京市浦口区的都市农业数字应用场景进行研究。研究发现:通过数字技术赋能,可以提高农业生产效率,实现农业节本增效,农产品优质优价;通过数据资源赋能可以提升经营管理效率,提高农业经济、生态、社会效益;通过组织化平台赋能,可以有效衔接服务供求主体,优化区域资源配置,提升农业服务效率。因此,加强数字新基建建设,整合农业数据资源,提升社会服务数字化水平,对于促进都市农业低碳化、高效化、产业化发展,实现数字化转型具有重要意义。 Socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era.As an efficient agricultural development model,urban agriculture has ushered in new opportunities for development in the context of rapid development of the digital economy.In order to solve the problems of urban agriculture in production,market,service and other aspects,this paper studies the digital application scenario of urban agriculture in Pukou district,Nanjing,based on the theory of digital empowerment and the perspective of efficiency,through case screening and theoretical analysis.The research has found that empowering agriculture through digital technology can improve agricultural production efficiency,achieve cost saving and efficiency enhancement,and provide high-quality and affordable agricultural products;empowering data resources can improve operational and management efficiency,and enhance agricultural economic,ecological,and social benefits;through the empowerment of organizational platforms,it is possible to effectively connect service supply and demand entities,optimize regional resource allocation,and improve agricultural service efficiency.Therefore,it is of great significance to strengthen the construction of digital new infrastructure,integrate agricultural data resources and improve the digital level of social services for promoting the low-carbon,efficient and industrialized development of urban agriculture and realizing digital transformation.
