摘要
“双师型”教师队伍建设是高职教育自身发展的应然诉求。近年来我国高职院校教师队伍建设在规模数量、队伍结构、培养培训体系、职称评审改革等方面均取得了显著成效。与此同时,“双师型”教师队伍建设也存在职业院校教师来源单一,职前培养培训不足;职中培养培训效果欠佳,有待进一步压实落实;“双师型”教师评价标准有待完善等困境。加强职业院校教师职前培训、夯实职业院校教师职中培训、综合改革高职院校教师评价机制等是“双师型”教师队伍建设的有效路径。
The construction of “double-qualified” teachers is the necessary demand of the development of higher vocational education itself.The paper summarizes the remarkable achievements in the construction of teaching staff in higher vocational colleges in recent years in terms of the teachers' number,the structure,training system,and the reform of professional title evaluation.And also,it analyses the plight of the construction of “double-qualified” teaching staff:a single source of teachers in vocational colleges and insufficient pre-service training;poor effectiveness in vocational training,which needs to be further implemented;and the evaluation criteria for “double-qualified” teachers to be improved.Finally,it puts forward the team construction path of “double-qualified” teachers in vocational colleges:strengthening their pre-service training,tamping the inservice training,and comprehensively reforming the evaluation mechanism.
