二十一份观赏辣椒种质资源主要农艺性状的遗传分析与评价

Genetic Analysis and Evaluation of Main Agronomic Traits in 21 Cultivars of Ornamental Pepper

随着我国观食两用辣椒在都市农业和家庭园艺的广泛应用,我国观赏辣椒品种选育基础薄弱的问题日益突显。本试验调查并分析评价了引进的21份观赏辣椒种质资源的主要农艺性状,并进行了变异性、遗传多样性和和相关性分析。结果表明,从供试种质资源质量性状的分布频率来看,直立型的开展株型和小型多色果的种质占主流;幼果色的多样性指数(1.65)最大,表型较丰富;在数量性状中变异系数最大的是单果重(90%),其次是单株果数(75%);多样性指数最大的是主茎高度(2.14)。调查的14个数量性状间存在一定的相关性,可利用性状间相关性规律指导观赏辣椒选育。

With the wide application of ornamental and edible pepper in urban agriculture and family horticulture in China,the problem of weak breeding foundations of ornamental pepper varieties in China has become increasingly prominent.In this study,the main agronomic traits of 21 imported ornamental pepper germplasm resources were investigated and evaluated,and the variability,genetic diversity,and correlation analysis were carried out.The results showed that,from the distribution fre-quency of quality traits of the tested germplasm resources,the upright development plant type and the small multicolored fruit germplasm dominated.The diversity index of young fruit color(1.65)was the largest,and the phenotypes were abundant.Among quantitative traits,the highest variation coefficient was fruit weight(90%),followed by fruit number per plant(75%).The highest diversity index was the main stem height(2.14).There was some correlation among the 14 quantitative traits in-vestigated,and the correlation rule could be used to guide the breeding of ornamental pepper.
