摘要
铁路工程建设是大型复杂的系统工程,涉及专业多,建设周期长。BIM由于其技术优势在铁路施工中发挥着越来越重要的作用,成为保障施工效率和工程质量的主要措施之一。但目前由于缺乏既有车站标准化BIM建模方法来规范全生命周期建设,导致设计阶段所创建的BIM施工图模型精度尚无法完全满足施工需求。为此,针对既有铁路车站施工问题,提出一种BIM技术标准化建模方法。首先,全面分析既有铁路车站的站房工程、运输生产设施设备等核心建设要素内容,从安全性、作业交叉、施工工期、施工空间4个方面剖析既有铁路车站的施工特征;其次,提出既有线铁路车站BIM技术应用规范化设计流程,重点阐述设施设备的建模、多源数据放样坐标校准、校准模型与工程量核算、碰撞检测与处理以及方案模拟过程中BIM技术的标准化应用;最后,以淄博站站改工程为例,从客运设施改造工程、站房工程、接口工程3个主要方面论述BIM技术标准化应用的过程和结果。实践应用表明,BIM标准化应用技术有效提升施工效率15%以上,在既有站站改施工过程中产生显著的社会和经济效益,可为同类工程提供有益的借鉴和参考。
Railway engineering construction is a large-scale and complex system engineering,including multiple specialties and long construction cycle.BIM plays an increasingly important role in railway construction due to its technological advantages,becoming one of the main measures to ensure construction efficiency and engineering quality.However,due to the lack of existing station standardized BIM modeling methods to standardize the entire design life-cycle,the accuracy of the BIM construction drawing models created during the design phase cannot fully meet construction requirements.Therefore,aiming at the construction of existing train station,this paper proposes a standardized modeling method of BIM technology.Firstly,it comprehensively analyzes the core construction elements of the existing train station,such as station building engineering,transportation and production facilities and equipment,and analyzes the construction characteristics of the existing train station from four aspects of safety,operation intersection,construction period,and construction space.Secondly,the standardized design process of BIM technology application in existing train station is proposed,which focuses on the modeling of facilities and equipment,calibration of multi-source data lofting coordinates,model calibration and engineering quantity accounting,collision detection and processing,and the standardized application of BIM technology in the process of scheme simulation.Finally,with reference to the Zibo railway station reconstruction project,this paper discusses the process and results of BIM technology standardization application from three main aspects of passenger transport facility reconstruction project,station building project and interface project.Practical applications have shown that the BIM standardization application technology proposed in the paper effectively improves construction efficiency by more than 15%,and produces significant social and economic benefits in the existing station renovation construction process,which can offer useful references for similar projects.
