摘要
为满足铁路接触网设计BIM建模要求,解决当前接触网三维建模速度慢、软件参数化程度低等正向设计过程实施困难的问题,根据接触网专业的建模流程和设计人员的工作内容,提出以数据为依托的参数化建模解决方案。采用Openrail Designer软件进行接触网三维数字化设计软件开发,实现了协同设计平台路桥隧等专业接口资料获取,接触网构件参数化设计管理,支柱布置,腕臂、悬挂自动装配,二三维图纸同步和工程数量清单输出等功能,详细介绍了接触网支柱、腕臂、补偿装置等构件参数化建模的关键技术,专业间数据协同、接触网三维模型的自动创建以及二三维模型绑定等方法,促进了专业间数据的协同交互,提高了BIM模型的创建效率,为接触网BIM正向设计提供有效工具支撑。
In order to meet the BIM modeling requirements for railway overhead contact system design and solve the current difficulties in implementing the forward design process such as slow 3D modeling speed and low parameterization degree of OCS,a data-based parameterized modeling solution is proposed based on the modeling process of the OCS and the work content of the designers.With Openrail Designer software,the OCS 3D digital design software is developed.The developed program fulfills the functions such as obtaining professional interface data for collaborative platforms including roads,bridges and tunnels,parameterized design and management of OCS components,pillar layout,automatic assembly of cantilevers and suspensions,synchronization of 2D and 3D drawings,and output of engineering quantity lists.A detailed introduction is given to the key technologies of parameterized modeling of components such as pillars,cantilevers and compensation devices,and the methods for specialty data collaboration,automatic creation of 3D models of OCS,and binding of 2D and 3D models,which promotes the specialty collaborative interaction of data,improves the efficiency of BIM modeling and provide effective tool support for forward BIM design of OCS.
