摘要 目前,铁路建设运维一体化已成为中国铁路行业改革和发展的一个重要方向,为实现高速铁路管理数据资产的多阶段共享及应用,提高铁路工程建设及运维信息化水平,将新建鲁南高铁曲阜至兰考段工程项目作为研究对象,对工程建设与运维的特点及需求进行深入分析,基于铁路工程全生命周期管理理念,结合BIM技术对建维一体应用技术路线、数据交接标准、信息化协同平台架构进行研究,完成了BIM技术在建设阶段连续梁0#段、跨营业线桥梁转体、站场接口工程、四电工程、站房工程等区域的应用,有效提高了建设管理质量及效率;通过搭建信息化协同平台,开发建设管理及运维管理两大基础应用模块,以BIM+GIS模型作为载体进行多阶段管理数据的共享,实现了以建设管理数据为基础的铁路运维资产管理、联调联试管理、结合部管理、巡检管理等应用,提高了运维管理智能化水平。通过项目的实践应用,对BIM数据交接、平台建设及智能运维提出了较为完整的技术方案,对基于BIM技术的高速铁路建维一体化应用具有一定的指导意义。 At present,the integration of railroad construction,operation and maintenance has become an important direction for the reform and development of China's railroad industry.In order to realize the multi-stage sharing and application of high-speed railroad management data assets and improve the level of railroad engineering construction and operation and maintenance informationization,this paper takes the Qufu-Lankao Section of Rizhao-Lankao High-speed Railway project as the research object,conducts in-depth analysis of the characteristics and needs of engineering construction and operation and maintenance.Based on the concept of whole life cycle management of railway projects and combined with BIM technology,the technical route of construction and maintenance application,data handover standard and information technology collaborative platform architecture are studied,and the application of BIM technology in the construction stage of continuous beam 0#section,T-structure transfer across business line,station interface engineering,railway four electrical engineering,railway station building projects and other areas is completed,which effectively improves the quality and efficiency of construction management.By building an information-based collaborative platform,two basic application modules of construction management and operation and maintenance management are developed.By taking BIM+GIS model as a carrier for sharing the multi-stage management data,the application of railroad operation and maintenance asset management,joint commission-ing management,joint management and inspec-tion management based on construction mana-gement data is realized,which improves the intelligent level of operation and maintenance management.Through the practical application of the project,a more complete technical solution is proposed for BIM data handover,platform construction and intelligent operation and maintenance,which offers certain guidance for the integrated application of high-speed railroad construction and maintenance of BIM technology.
