摘要
绝缘杆的绝缘性能直接关系着电力系统检修维护工作人员的安全,目前检测绝缘杆绝缘性能的唯一方法是对其进行交流耐压试验。对传统普通型绝缘杆耐压检测装置进行了改进,在提升其试验效率的同时,还开发了绝缘杆泄漏电流监测功能。对研制的绝缘杆耐压检测装置的试验表明,该装置可以确保绝缘杆检测工作的安全性和可靠性,降低试验工作人员的工作强度,有效提升绝缘杆耐压检测工作的效率,还可以通过新增耐压泄漏电流模块监测其绝缘性能的好坏变化过程。
The insulation performance of insulation rods directly affects the safety of power system maintenance personnel.At present,AC withstand voltage test is the only way to check the insulation performance of insulation rods.Improvements are made to the traditional common type withstand voltage test device for insulation rods,which not only improves its test efficiency,but also develops a monitoring function for the leakage current of the insulation rods.Experimental tests show that the developed device can ensure the safety and reliability of the insulation test work,reduce the workload of the testing personnel,improve the efficiency of the withstand voltage test work of insulation rods,and also monitor the variation of the insulation performance with the addition of a withstand voltage leakage current module.
