摘要
某水电站建设所需砂石骨料和掺合石料采取集中生产供应系统,通过设置掺合料掺配调节料仓,安装电子皮带秤调整各级物料分料漏斗门的大小,以确保按级配比例掺配。系统还设置了立冲整形环节,使成品物料的粒形较好;选用了立轴冲击式破碎机、同时设置棒磨机车间,将部分5~20 mm物料作为棒磨机制砂原料进行制砂,将立冲出砂与棒磨机出砂混合,确保了成品砂级配质量。系统布置紧凑、工艺流程稳定可靠,可供类似工程借鉴。
The sand and gravel aggregates and the mixed stone material required for the construction of a hydropower station are supplied by a centralized production system.Mixing adjustment silos and electronic belt scales are installed to adjust the sizes of the separatory funnel doors in different levels to ensure correct mixing according to the designed gradation.Also,vertical punching and shaping processes are carried out in the system to ensure better particle shapes of the processed materials.Vertical shaft impact crusher is selected and a rod mill workshop is set up.Part of the 5~20 mm materials is used as raw material for rod mill machine to produce sand.The sand material produced from the vertical shaft impact crusher is then mixed with those from the rod mill machine,which ensures the gradation quality of the finished sand product.The production system is of a compact layout and stable and reliable process flow.It could be useful reference for similar projects.
