水布垭电厂机组推力轴承冷却方式改造

摘要 介绍了水布垭电厂水轮发电机组镜板泵效率低,推力瓦温较高的问题,分析其原因,研究取消原镜板泵循环结构,采用外加油泵外循环系统。更换新集油槽,增加梳齿密封隔油板,根据进出油管路配置下机架及推力油槽,每台油冷却器支路设置一组互为备用的电动油泵、压力开关、流量开关、阀门、管路及附件等,并优化布置,确保各管路部件的可靠连接,且便于检修维护。3台机组的推力瓦温得到了有效降低,表明改造措施有效。 The thrust runner collar pump used in hydro-turbine generator units in Shuibuya Hydropower Plant is of unsatisfactory performance,resulting in high temperature of the thrust pads.Thus,the original collar pump circulation structure is replaced by external circulation system with external pump.Also,the oil collecting groove is replaced and comb shaped sealing oil separation plates are added.The lower bracket of the units and the thrust oil groove are arranged according to the practical configurations of the inlet and outlet oil pipelines.In each oil cooler branch,a set of mutually backup electric oil pumps,pressure switches,flow switches,valves,pipelines and accessories is equipped,and their arrangement is optimized to ensure the reliable connection of the pipeline components and to facilitate the maintenance.The thrust pad temperature of the units is effectively reduced,indicating that the renovation if successful.
