摘要
“双碳”背景下,中国能源结构加速向多元化、清洁化和低碳化转变。天然气作为一种清洁低碳高效的化石能源,是构建新型能源体系的主要能源,在中国能源系统转型过程中作为新能源的“伙伴能源”,发挥重要作用。为促进天然气与新能源的融合发展,在对天然气与光伏发电、风电、地热、氢能等新能源融合发展路径进行研究的基础上,提出了在中国中东部重点省份积极布局气电厂,在沿海地区打造“海上风电+天然气协同开发+气电”模式,在西北地区打造“可再生能源+气电”能源基地,在工业园区等负荷中心打造“天然气分布式能源+新能源”分布式能源综合站的具体融合策略,并提出相关实施建议。
In the context of“double carbon”,China has accelerated its pace of change toward diversified,clean and low-carbon energy.As a clean,low-carbon and efficient fossil energy,natural gas is a main energy source for building a new energy system.It plays an important role in the process of China’s energy system transformation as a“partner energy”of new energy.In order to promote the integrated development of natural gas and new energy,based on the research on the paths of integrated development of natural gas and new energy,e.g.photovoltaic power generation,wind power,geothermal energy,and hydrogen energy,this paper proposes specific integration strategies,i.e.to actively deploy gas-fired power plants in key provinces in central and eastern China,build a model of“offshore wind power+natural gas collaborative development+gas-fired power generation”in coastal regions,build a“renewable energy+gas-fired power generation”energy base in northwest China,and build an integrated distributed energy station with“distributed natural gas energy+new energy”in load centers such as industrial parks,and put forward relevant suggestions on implementing these projects.
