摘要 “双碳”背景下,汽车行业加速电动化转型。分析了中国新能源汽车和补能设施发展趋势,认为:基于政策支持、技术进步、标准护航等多重助力,中国新能源汽车发展环境整体趋好,在规划的指引下中国新能源汽车将加速发展和替代常规燃油车;充电、换电、加氢等基础设施将随之规模化持续增长。在此基础上,论述了新能源汽车产业对油气企业终端业务的影响,并对油气企业发展终端新能源业务进行了SWOT分析。最后,鉴于中国新能源汽车和补能设施快速发展趋势,建议油气企业加快部署新能源业务,积极向综合能源公司转型;加强研究、重塑终端服务业态和服务体系,加快推动加油站向综合能源服务站转型。 In the context of“double carbon”,the auto industry is accelerating its pace of transformation toward electrification.This paper analyzes the development trend of new energy vehicles(NEVs)and energy supply facilities in China.It is believed that driven by multiple elements such as policy support,technological progress,and application of unified standards,the overall NEV development environment in China will get better;under the guidance of relevant plans,China’s NEVs will develop at a faster speed and replace conventional fuel vehicles;and that the number of charging,battery replacing,and hydrogen supply infrastructure will keep growing at scale.On this basis,this paper describes the influence of the NEV industry on the terminal services of oil and gas enterprises and conducted a SWOT analysis of the development of terminal new energy business by oil and gas enterprises.Finally,in consideration of the rapid development trend of NEVs and energy supply facilities in China,it is recommended that oil and gas enterprises should accelerate the deployment of new energy businesses,take active measures to turn into comprehensive energy companies,strengthen the research on and rebuild terminal service forms and service systems,and accelerate the efforts to change petrol stations into integrated ener gy service stations.
