国有制造企业数字化转型发展路径探析

党的二十大报告提出促进数字经济和实体经济深度融合,开启了国有制造企业数字化转型新篇章。数字经济时代,消费需求升级、市场竞争等因素驱动国有制造企业数字化转型。在数字化转型过程中,国有制造企业在国家政策、行业地位、企业资源等方面具有独特优势,但也面临企业体制不适宜、对数字化转型理解不全面、对数据治理不重视、跨时空数据对接不通畅、财务风险不断加大等困境。国有制造企业需要做好转型顶层设计,建立适宜转型的管理机制,加强数据收集和数据治理,构建数字化制造业产业集群,防范转型中的财务风险。

The report of the 20th CPC National Congress proposed to promote deeper integration of the digital and real economies,which opened a new chapter in the digital transformation of state-owned manufacturing enterprises.In the era of digital economy,the upgrading of consumer demand,market competition and other factors are driving the digital transformation of state-owned manufacturing enterprises.In the process of digital transformation,state-owned manufacturing enterprises have unique advantages in terms of national policies,industry status and enterprise resources,but they also face difficulties such as inappropriate enterprise systems,incomplete understanding of digital transformation,lack of attention to data governance,poor connectivity of spatio-temporal data,and increasing financial risks.State-owned manufacturing enterprises need to do a good job in top-level design for transformation,establish management mechanisms suitable for transformation,strengthen data collection and governance,build digital manufacturing industry clusters,and prevent financial risks in transformation.
