摘要
掌握并理解高职学生学习倾向,可以改进教育教学并提高学生学习质量。通过问卷调查发现,高职学生基于自身发展需求与现实因素,在学习过程中表现出与升学目标、同伴影响、学习内容选择、解决学习问题等方面相关的倾向性特征。研究认为,高职学生升学需求有利于营造良好学习氛围,但学习目标的稳定性受时间影响而弱化;高职学生的学习观、知识观逐步成熟,但自主学习管理能力不足;学习评价有利于提升学习效果,但学习过程中的从众心理值得关注。因此,高职院校需要理性看待学生升学发展需求,重点关注学习目标的设立和调整;加强学生学习内外部支持,注重学习过程的引导和投入;以增强学生学习的自我效能感为目标,完善学生学习评价机制。
Mastering and understanding the learning preferences of higher vocational college students can improve education and teaching and enhance the quality of students'learning.Through a survey questionnaire,it is found that students,based on their own development needs and realistic factors,show tendencies in the learning process in terms of goals for further education,peer influence,selection of learning content,and solving learning problems.Research shows that students'demands for further education promote the learning atmosphere,but the stability of learning goals is weakened over time;students'view of learning and knowledge gradually matures,but the ability to manage autonomous learning is insufficient;learning evaluation is helpful in improving the effectiveness of learning,but the herd mentality in the learning process deserves attention.Therefore,colleges must rationally consider students'development needs for further education and focus on the status and adjustment of learning goals,strengthen internal and external support for students'learning and emphasize guidance and investment in the learning process,and improve students'learning evaluation mechanism to enhance their sense of academic achievement.
