新时代公民劳动意识培育有其现实理据:一方面,人民对美好生活的向往激活全体成员劳动精神;另一方面,现代化内蕴的风险挑战对公民劳动意识提出新的要求。公民劳动意识包含对劳动的正确认知、崇尚劳动的情感、积极的劳动态度以及良好的劳动习惯。培育新时代公民劳动意识可以通过利益激励、公众参与、文化化人、态势聚合理路共同发力,破解部分成员劳动意识不足、精神懈怠等问题,为建设现代化强国提供动力支撑。
