富硒茶园土壤茶树汞转运及饮茶安全评价

摘要 为了研究富硒土壤-茶树的重金属汞污染以及其在饮茶方面带来的健康风险评价,探讨富硒茶园重金属汞的特征,对汞元素做相关性分析.研究富硒茶汤的冲泡条件,对茶汤重金属汞元素进行健康风险评价.结果表明,富硒茶园土壤-茶树的硒含量均达到高硒水平,土壤汞含量在0.231~0.244 mg/kg,远低于农用地风险筛选值,茶树体重金属汞平均值为0.0156 mg/kg,平均富集系数为0.0022,均低于1,并未出现超标的现象.茶汤中汞元素受冲泡温度影响,高温导致重金属汞的积累,平均增加4.58倍.研究表明,茶汤中汞的浸出量很低,茶汤健康危险系数远低于1,采样点富硒茶没有明显的健康风险,与人为污染区有着较大差异。 To study the heavy metal mercury pollution of selenium-enriched soil-tea tree and its health risk assessment in tea drinking.The characteristics of heavy metal mercury in selenium-enriched tea garden and the correlation of heavy metal mercury were discussed analyzed,respectively.The brewing conditions of selenium-enriched tea soup were studied,and the health risk of heavy metal mercury in tea soup was also evaluated.The results showed that the selenium content of soil-tea tree in selenium-enriched tea garden reached high selenium level,with siol mercury content ranging from 0.231~0.244 mg/kg,which was far lower than the risk screening value of agricultural land.The average value of mercury in tea tree body weight was 0.0156 mg/kg,and the average enrichment coefficient was 0.0022,both below 1,and there was no phenomenon of exceeding the standard.The mercury element in tea soup was affected by the brewing temperature,which led to the accumulation of heavy metal mercury,with an average increase of 4.58 times.It was shown that the leaching amount of mercury in tea soup is very low,and the health risk coefficient of tea soup is much lower than 1.The selenium-enriched tea at the sampling point has no obvious health risk,which is significantly different from the artificially polluted area.
