两种典型生猪粪污资源化利用路径下污染物消减规律分析

摘要 为了分析生猪养殖场粪污处理及其还田利用各阶段污染因子消减规律,在6个时间点采集了武汉市某生猪养殖场资源化处理中心在厌氧发酵和好氧深度处理两种方式下原粪、固液分离后的粪污、沼液、一级生化池中的污水、二级生化池中的污水、终沉水、还田利用后的农田水、农田附近沟渠水8种样品,分别测定上述8种样品的总氮、氨氮、总磷等指标含量,并分析各项指标变化趋势。结果表明:净化处理之前,原粪总氮含量600~700 mg/L,总磷含量200~300 mg/L,COD含量6000~8000 mg/L;经过还田处理后,水质的总氮、总磷、COD浓度与沟渠水相近,根据GB 3838—2002《地表水环境质量标准》已达到排放要求。 In order to analyze the reduction law of pollution factors in each stage of pig farm manure treatment and returning to the field,samples from various treatment processes of manure from a pig farm in Wuhan were collected in six different times,including raw manure,manure after solid-liquid separation,biogas slurry,sewage in the primary biochemical tank,sewage in the secondary biochemical tank,final sinking water,farmland water returned to the field,and ditch water in the ditch near the farmland.The above eight samples were tested for total nitrogen,ammonia nitrogen,total phosphorus and other indicators,analysis of trends in indicators.The results showed that before purification treatment,the total nitrogen content of the raw feces was 600-700 mg/L,the total phosphorus content was about 200-300 mg/L,and the COD content was 6000-8000 mg/L;After being returned to the field,the total nitrogen concentration,total phosphorus concentration,COD concentration are similar to those of ditch water,and it has met the discharge requirements according to GB 3838-2002"Surface Water Environmental Quality Standard".
