山东邹平市自然生态与社会经济系统耦合协调研究

摘要 经济与环境的协调发展是实现黄河流域生态保护和高质量发展的根本途径。以山东省邹平市为研究对象,选择耦合协调度模型和剪刀差方法,分别对邹平市2011—2020年社会经济系统与自然生态系统的耦合协调状态和发展速度差异进行分析。结果表明:研究期间,邹平市社会经济系统综合评价指数整体呈波动上升而后逐步下降的变化趋势,自然生态系统综合评价指数呈波动上升的变化趋势,前者发展速度总体上快于后者;耦合协调度指数由0.3236增长至0.5966,反映了该区域社会经济与自然生态的关系不断改善,较好地实现了二者的协调发展;剪刀差呈平缓波动上升趋势,说明二者发展趋势之间的差异逐渐增大。研究结果为当地制定经济与环境协调发展的政策体系提供了重要理论基础和数据支撑。 The coordinated development of economy and environment is the fundamental way to realize the ecological protection and high-quality development of the Yellow River Basin.Taking Zouping City in Shandong Province as the research object,the coupling coordination degree model and scissors difference method were selected to analyze the coupling coordination state and development speed difference of social economic system and natural ecosystem in Zouping City from 2011 to 2020.The results showed that during the study period,the comprehensive evaluation index of social and economic system of Zouping City showed a fluctuating upward trend and then gradually declined,while the comprehensive evaluation index of natural ecosystem showed a fluctuating upward trend,and the development speed of the former was generally faster than that of the latter;The index of coupling coordination degree increased from 0.3236 to 0.5966,which reflected that the relationship between social economy and natural ecology in this region was improved continuously,and the coordination between them was realized well.Scissors difference showed a gentle fluctuation upward trend,indicating that the difference between the two development trends gradually increased.The results provide an important theoretical basis and data support for the policy system of coordinated development of local economy and environment.
