摘要
利用2010—2019年间我国30个省、自治区、直辖市的面板数据,设计了一套绿色技术创新的测度指标体系,采用全局因子分析法确定了其重要的影响因素并进行了综合评价。确定了5个综合指标,依据重要程度排名,分别命名为“区域综合实力”“研发资源基础”“研发外部环境”“创新激励强度”和“环境规制水平”;综合得分排名显示,东部地区>中部地区>东北地区>西部地区,我国整体上绿色技术创新发展不平衡、不充分。
Using the panel data of 30 provinces in China from 2010 to 2019,this paper designs a measurement index system of green technology innovation,and adopts the global factor analysis method to determine its important influencing factors and conduct a comprehensive evaluation.Five comprehensive indicators are determined,named"regional comprehensive strength","resource base for research and development","external environment for research and development","innovation incentive intensity"and"environmental regulation level"according to the ranking of importance level.The comprehensive score ranking shows that the eastern part>the central part>the northeastern part>the western part,and the green technology innovation and development in China as a whole is unbalanced and insufficient.
