Drink made from Chinese toon(Toona sinensis)tender leaves,with its multiple health care values to meet people's pursue for delicacy and health,is a new trend in developing Chinese toon industry and has been well received by the market.In this paper,an introduction was made to techniques for establishing the cutting orchard of Chinese toon for making drinks from such aspects as selection of nursery sites,land preparation and basal dressing,making of nursery bed,selection of cultivars,planting of saplings,dwarfing and shaping,water-fertilizer management,disease and pest control and harvesting,so as to provide reference for developing Chinese toon industry.
