乡村振兴战略背景下农民科技文化综合素养现状与提升路径研究

Research into the present situation and improvement path of farmers'accomplishment of science and culture in the practice of rural revitalization

党的十八大以来,我国农民科学素养水平有了显著提升,但部分地区农村仍存在科技文化体系不完善,农民科技文化素养发展不均衡等问题,阻碍了乡村全面振兴的步伐。本文通过问卷调查、专家访谈和案例分析等方法,剖析农民科技文化综合素养的发展现状和问题,旨在厘清推进乡村振兴战略过程中提升农民科技文化综合素养的方向,并从政府、社会组织、传媒三个角度提出对策建议。

Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the farmers'accomplishment of science and culture has improved dramatically,but for some problems,such as the imperfection and imbalanced development of the scientific and cultural system in some rural areas,has prevented the rural revitalization.Based on the questionnaire survey data,expert interviews,and case analysis,this article analyzed the current development status and problems of farmers'accomplishment of science and culture,and clarified the direction of improving farmers'accomplishment of science and culture during the process of promoting rural strategy,at the end,suggestions and countermeasures from the viewpoints of the government,social organizations,and the media were proposed.
