基于扎根理论的外来农机服务嵌入小农户阻滞因素研究——以小麦机收为例

Research on the Blocking Factors of the Embedding of Foreign Agricultural Machinery Services into Small Farmers Based on the Rooting Theory:Take Wheat Harvest as an Example

外来农机服务的有效嵌入能够为小农户带来先进农机装备、现代农业技术和科学生产理念,是助推小农户衔接现代农业的有效途径。为明晰外来农机服务嵌入小农户困境,本文运用扎根理论对安阳市90位小农户的访谈资料进行逐级编码,最终挖掘出本地农机服务优势、熟人社会排斥、小农户订单零碎化、外来农机服务能力不足、供需双方互通不畅、价格与角色劣势和服务后关系难维系等7大阻滞因素,并由此构建了外来农机服务嵌入小农户困境理论模型。本研究有助于理解农机服务跨区异地作业的不利因素,为农机服务市场拓展提供行动逻辑指引,从而破解外来农机服务嵌入小农户困境。

The effective embedding of foreign agricultural machinery services can bring advanced agricultural machinery and equipment,modern agricultural technology and scientific production concepts to small farmers,and is an effective way to promote small farmers to connect with modern agriculture.In order to explore the plight of foreign agricultural machinery services embedded in small farmers,this paper uses grounded theoretical research methods to conduct a level by level coding analysis of the in-depth interview data of 90 small farmers in Anyang City,and finally excavates seven major blocking factors,including local agricultural machinery service advantages,social exclusion of acquaintances,fragmented orders of small farmers,insufficient foreign agricultural machinery service capacity,poor communication between the supply and demand sides,price and role disadvantages,and difficult maintenance of post service relations,From this,a theoretical model of embedding foreign agricultural machinery services into the plight of small farmers is constructed.This study is helpful to find out the unfavorable factors for foreign agricultural machinery services to be embedded in small farmers to achieve trans regional and off-site operations,so as to provide logical guidance for the expansion of agricultural machinery service market.
