凝灰岩机制砂石粉含量对C50混凝土性能的影响

摘要 通过对C50凝灰岩机制砂混凝土的性能进行测试,研究了凝灰岩机制砂中不同石粉含量对混凝土工作性能及力学性能的影响。结果表明:当凝灰岩机制砂中石粉含量在0%~6%时,C50机制砂混凝土的坍落度和扩展度随着石粉含量的增加而增大,当石粉含量超过6%时,混凝土的坍落度和扩展度随着石粉含量的增加而减小;当石粉含量在0%~8%时,混凝土的抗压强度随着石粉含量的增加而增加,当石粉含量超过8%时,混凝土的抗压强度随着石粉含量的增加而降低;对C50混凝土而言,凝灰岩机制砂中的石粉含量对混凝土的抗氯离子渗透性能影响并不是很大。 By testing the properties of C50 tuff mechanism sand concrete,this paper studies the effects of different stone powder content in tuff mechanism sand on the working and mechanical properties of concrete.The results show that when the content of stone powder in tuff mechanism sand is 0%~6%,the slump and expansion of C50 mechanism sand concrete increase with the increase of stone powder content,and when the stone powder content exceeds 6%,the slump and expansion of concrete decrease with the increase of stone powder content.When the stone powder content is 0%~8%,the compressive strength of concrete increases with the increase of stone powder content,and when the stone powder content exceeds 8%,the compressive strength of concrete decreases with the increase of stone powder content;for C50 concrete,the stone powder content in tuff mechanism sand has little effect on the chloride ion permeability of concrete.
