景天科3种植物的叶片形态结构与抗旱性评价 被引量:4

摘要 应用扫描电镜技术,通过生物显微镜叶表皮制样法和石蜡切片法对景天科的3种植物:垂盆草(Sedum sarmentosum)、费菜(Phedimus aizoon)和吉林费菜(P.middendorffianus)的叶片形态结构进行了解剖学研究,利用模糊隶属函数综合评价法对三者进行了抗旱性综合评价.结果表明:采用方差分析,结合显著程度、变异系数和主成分分析对各项指标进行筛选,最终筛选出8项能全面体现抗旱能力的指标,分别是:叶片厚度、主脉厚度、下表皮厚度、木质部厚度、叶片维管束厚度、上角质层厚度、下角质层厚度和下表皮气孔宽.费菜和吉林费菜的叶片组织发达,对应的指标参数较高,抗旱综合值较高.三者抗旱性强弱为:费菜>吉林费菜>垂盆草. Using scanning electron microscopy,biological microscopy leaf epidermis preparation method and paraffin section method,the leaf morphology of three species of plants of Crassulaceae:Sedum sarmentosu,Phedimus aizoon and P.middendorffianus structure for anatomical research.The comprehensive evaluation method of fuzzy membership function is used to comprehensively evaluate the drought resistance of the three species of plants.The results showed that:using analysis of variance,combining significance,coefficient of variation and principal component analysis to screen various indicators,finally screened out 8 indicators that can fully reflect drought resistance namely:leaf thickness,main vein thickness,epidermal thickness,and xylem thickness,leaf vascular bundle thickness,upper stratum corneum thickness,lower stratum corneum thickness,and lower skin stomata width.The leaf tissue of Phedimus aizoon and P.middendorffianus was developed,the corresponding index parameters are higher,and the comprehensive value of drought resistance is higher.Therefore,the drought resistance of these three species of plants is:Phedimus aizoon>P.middendorffianus>Sedum sarmentosum.
