摘要
学生学业负担过重的现象在我国长期存在,国家颁布的减负政策也层出不穷,虽取得了阶段性成效,但减负工作依旧任重而道远。目前,我国教师、家长等责任主体的行为还受到教育督导、教学评价、社会价值观、传统惯习及课程改革的影响。为此,可实行“恩威并用”,完善规制性制度;强化减负责任,架构新社会规范;提供操作策略,让教师“有计可施”三方面策略。
The phenomenon of students'excessive academic burden has existed in China for a long time.The burden reduction policies issued by the government have also emerged one after another,and although they have achieved phased results,the burden reduction work still has a long way to go.The behaviors of teachers and parents are influenced by educational supervision,teaching evaluation,social values,traditional practices and curriculum reform.It can implement a"combination of grace and authority"and improve regulatory systems;strengthen the reduction of responsibilities and establish new social norms;provide operational strategies to enable teachers to"have plans to implement".
