摘要
本文针对洪水预报作业过程中,流域初始状态的产流条件难于把握的问题,通过分析历史洪水、降雨过程、分割洪水资料,尝试建立前期影响雨量、流域退水流量与产流系数的关系,结果证明了流域的退水流量是流域的蓄水状态或产流条件的直接体现。文中引入了自由水蓄水容量和蓄水量的概念,以流域的退水流量作为输入变量,连续计算流域蓄水量,推导出一整套产流系数计算方程,并利用该方程进行流域产流模拟计算。经验证,该方程计算精度相对较高,产流系数计算方法准确可靠,研究成果可在类似洪水预报中推广应用。
In order to solve the problem that the runoff production conditions in the initial state of the basin are difficult to grasp in the process of flood forecasting,this paper attempts to establish the relationship between the previous influencing rainfall,the drainage discharge and the runoff production coefficient by analyzing the historical flood and rainfall process and dividing the flood data.The results prove that the drainage discharge is a direct reflection of the storage state or the runoff production conditions of the basin.In this paper,the concepts of free water storage capacity and storage capacity are introduced,and the storage capacity of the basin is continuously calculated with the regression flow of the basin as the input variable.It has been proved that the calculation accuracy of the equation is relatively high,the calculation method of the flow production coefficient is accurate and reliable,and the research results can be applied to similar flood forecast.
