摘要
文章分析了某船锅炉安全阀试验未能满足要求的原因,并设计改进方案。发现在排放末端位置基本确定的情况下,应尽量地加大管路直径和降低局部阻力,以确保安全阀的正常排放。该方案为锅炉安全阀泄放管路正确设计提供参考。
This paper analyzes the cause of a marine boiler safety valve test failing to meet requirements and optimizes the design scheme.In the cases where the discharge end is determined.It should increase the diameter of pipelines as far as possible,and reduce the local resistance to ensure the normal discharge of the safety valve.This scheme provides a reference for the correct design of discharge pipelines of boiler safety valves.
