Research Progress and Varietal Advantages of'Marselan'Grapes

‘马瑟兰’葡萄酒在中国表现出较高品质,被称为“中国葡萄酒的明日之星”。本文以葡萄酒生产链为线索,论述了‘马瑟兰’在育种和种苗培育、栽培管理、微生物风土、酿造工艺、质量安全与认证各环节的研究成果;并对比分析了‘马瑟兰’与其它酿酒葡萄品种的抗寒性、果实性状及品质、酿酒特性方面的差异,为其成为中国代表性酿酒葡萄品种提供数据支持;最后对未来研究方向进行展望,以期为中国‘马瑟兰’葡萄酒产业高质量发展提供参考。

'Marselan'wine shows high quality in China and is known as"the future star of Chinese wine".Based on the wine production chain,this paper discussed the research results of'Matheran'in breeding and seedlings culture,cultivation management,microbial terroir,brewing technology,quality safety and certification.Furthermore,the differences of'Marselan'and other wine grape varieties in cold resistance,fruit character and quality,winemaking characteristics were compared and analyzed,which provided data support for'Marselan'to become a representative wine grape variety in China;at last,the future research direction was forecasted,in order to provide reference for the high-quality development of China's'Marselan'wine industry.
