“强师”背景下高素质专业化幼儿体育教师队伍建设探析

Construction of High-quality and Specialized Preschool Physical Education Teachers under the Background of"Strengthening Teachers"

基于“强师”背景,对高素质专业化幼儿体育教师队伍建设的意蕴、困境和策略进行探析。结果认为:打造一支综合素养深厚、体育水平扎实、保教能力突出的幼儿体育教师队伍既是提升幼儿体育质量的必然要求,亦是促进幼儿身心健康的重要保障;但面临政策导向不够明确、社会认同存在偏见、培养体系有待完善、专业发展遭遇阻碍等困境。据此提出建议:加强幼儿体育教师队伍建设顶层设计,建立健全资格准入、资格更新与考核评价制度;为幼儿体育教师建立专业身份、提高社会认同以及增强工资待遇;在专业教育中准确定位培养目标,合理规划培养布局,正确设置培养课程;在专业发展上做好职前职后课程设置、师资配置以及实践实训的有机衔接。

Based on the background of"strengthening teachers",this paper conducts a theoretical analysis on the value,dilemma and strategies of the construction of high-quality and specialized preschool physical education teachers.The study believes that building a team of preschool physical education teachers with profound comprehensive literacy,solid sports level,and outstanding educational ability is not only an inevitable requirement for improving the quality of physical education for children,but also an important guarantee for promoting the physical and mental health of children.Faced with the dilemma of unclear policy orientation,prejudice in social identity,the need to improve the training system,and obstacles to professional development,the suggestions are proposed:strengthen the top-level design of the construction of preschool physical education teachers,establish and improve the system of qualification admission,qualification renewal and assessment;establish professional identity,improve social identity and enhance salary for preschool physical education teachers;Accurately position the training goals in professional education,reasonably plan the training layout and set up the training courses correctly.In the professional development,do a good job of the organic link of pre-employment and post-curriculum courses,teacher allocation and practical training.
