Regular brushing of paper machine is a necessary condition to maintain normal production.While cleaning the paper machine and adding system,process control additives such as fungicide,sodium hypochlorite and anionic waste capture can be supplemented.The cleaning experience of paper machines and adding systems was summarized in this article,including approach flow system,wire section,auxiliary material system,press section,dryer drying system,sizing system,etc.Through data comparison,it can be seen that effective cleaning of high-speed paper machines can reduce problems during operation,improve efficiency,stabilize paper quality,and improve economic benefits.
