17个鲜加工型辣椒品种农艺性状分析 被引量:3

摘要 采用主成分分析、聚类分析等方法对17个鲜加工型辣椒品种农艺性状进行分析。结果表明,17个鲜加工型辣椒品种农艺性状变异系数在19.33%~51.87%之间。前4个主成分特征值均大于1,累积贡献率达80.748%,主成分综合得分由高到低是娇凤、龙椒17号、园椒35、龙椒10号、宝椒1号、园椒40、兴蔬208、德红1号、龙椒15号、FA276-14-1、龙椒20号、FA3-22-1、XY19-124、园椒39、中椒409、FA4-15-1、龙椒18号。聚类分析中,当欧氏距离为5时可分为五大类。对17个鲜加工辣椒种质资源进行筛选,娇凤为长线形、高产、高抗病毒病、中熟、味辣种质资源;龙椒10号为长牛角形,早熟,辣味中等种质资源;兴蔬208为果形较长、单株果数较多、色泽中等、中早熟种质资源;园椒40为果形较长、早熟、中抗病毒病种质资源。 Principal component analysis and cluster analysis were used to analyze the agronomic characters of 17 fresh processed pepper varieties.The results showed that the variant coefficient of agronomic character was from 19.33%to 51.87%of 17 freshly processed hot peppers.The principal component eigenvalues of the first four varieties were greater than 1,of which cumulative variational contribution rate reached 80.748%.The principal component comprehensive scores were from high to low followed by Baojiao1,Yuanjiao40,Xingzhi208,Dehong1,Longjiao15,FA276-14-1,Longjiao20,FA3-22-1,XY19-124,Yuanjiao39,Zhongjiao409,FA4-15-1,Longjiao18.It could be divided into 5 categories by cluster analysis when Euclidean distance was 5.The results showed that the germplasm resources of 17 freshly processed pepper were screened and Jiaofeng was long linear,high-yield,high antiviral disease,medium ripe,spicy flavor resources.Longjiao No.10 was a medium germplasm resource with long horn shape,early maturity and spicy taste.Xingshu208 was germplasm resources of mid-early maturity with a longer fruit shape and medium color,its number of fruit was more,and early maturity was medium.However Garden pepper 40 was a early maturity germplasm resource with a longer fruit shape,and resisedt moderateiy viral diseases.
