摘要
以酒精棉球为原材料,通过简单的表面碳化制备不同结构的光热水蒸发材料。对碳化棉球的结构、组成与光吸收进行表征,并对不同结构材料的光热水蒸发性能进行研究。结果表明,表面碳化棉球是由螺旋状纤维构成,拥有良好的光吸收与光热转换能力;平面结构碳化棉球在一个标准太阳光强度下,水蒸发速率达到1.40 kg·m^(-2)·h^(-1),光热水蒸发速率达到71.38%;模拟海水经过其淡化后满足饮用水标准相关要求,且其具有良好的吸水倍率,可满足便携式水蒸发装置要求,在盐水淡化领域具有良好的应用前景。
Different structures of photothermal water evaporation materials were prepared by simple surface carbonization using alcohol cotton balls as raw material.The structure,composition,and light absorption of the carbonized cotton balls were characterized and performance of the photothermal water evaporation for the different structured materials was investigated.The results showed that the surface carbonized cotton balls are composed of spiral fibers and possess good light absorption and photothermal conversion capabilities.The flat structured carbonized cotton balls reach a water evaporation rate of 1.40 kg·m^(-2)·h^(-1)under a standard sunlight intensity,and the photothermal water evaporation rate reaches 71.38%.The water satisfies the related drinking water standard after its desalination.It has a good water absorption multiplication rate,which can meet the portable water evaporation device requirements.Thus,it is of good application prospects in the field of desalination of salt water.
