摘要
对直升机动力传动链扭振与旋翼挥舞、摆振运动开展了耦合动力学分析。根据动力传动链扭振与旋翼集合型摆振的耦合动力学方程,推导了简单适用的直升机动力传动链扭振固有特性计算公式。此外,根据涡轴发动机动力涡轮的气动耦合分析,确定了动力涡轮对动力传动链扭振的气动阻尼。然后对涡轴发动机的转速控制回路进行了分析,建立了直升机动力传动链负载与发动机控制系统组成的转速控制模型,研究了直升机动力传动链扭振的抑制方法。
This paper carried out coupled dynamics analysis on the torsional vibration of drive train and the flapping and lagging motion of rotor for helicopter.According to the coupled dynamics equation of the torsional vibration of drive train and the collective lagging motion of rotor,a simple and practical characteristic formula of the torsional vibration of helicopter drive train was deduced.In addition,according to the coupled aerodynamics analysis for the power turbine of turbo shaft engine,the aerodynamic damping of power turbine on the torsional vibration of drive train was obtained.Analysis was also implemented on the speed control loop of turbo shaft engine,and a model composed of helicopter drive train lord and engine control system was established,then the suppression methods of the torsional vibration of helicopter drive train was researched.
