摘要
振动信号测试和分析技术广泛应用于直升机动部件的状态监控,提升了直升机的安全性。基于典型的直升机传动轴失效故障,通过振动数据特征分析、提取,提出了一种直升机传动轴振动异常的特征识别和跟踪监测方法;并结合飞行数据,验证了所述方法进行故障识别的准确性;所述方法具有异常频率识别准确、故障状态跟踪实时性好的优点,能够为直升机HUMS系统的振动监测和超限告警提供技术支撑。
Vibration signal testing and analysis technology is widely used in the condition monitoring of helicopter rotating parts to improved helicopter safety.In this paper,based on typical helicopter drive shaft failure data,through vibration data feature analysis and extraction,a method of feature recognition and tracking monitoring for helicopter drive shaft abnormal vibration was proposed.Combined with flight data,the accuracy of the proposed method was verified.The method described in this paper had the advantages of accurate identification of abnormal frequency and good real-time fault state tracking,could provide technical support for HUMS vibration monitoring and over-limit alarm of helicopter.
