Determination of Tea Polyphenols in Dietary Supplement by Hungarian Forint Colorimetry

该试验方法测定保健食品中茶多酚的含量,运用了准确度、精密度以及回收率等评价性指标,对测定数据的可靠性进行验证。呈现吸光值线性良好(相关系数R^(2)=0.9992),方法精密度试验结果相对标准偏差为1.00%,回收率为95.85%~99.70%,该方法具有精密度高、准确性高、易操作的优点,能够适用于保健食品中茶多酚含量的测定,能够有效地解决了国标对保健食品中茶多酚测定过程中的缺陷。

This method was used to determine the content of tea polyphenols in dietary supplement,and the reliability of the data was verified by using evaluation indexes such as accuracy,precision and recovery.The results showed good linear absorption value(correlation coefficient R^(2)=0.9992).The relative standard deviation of precision test results was 1.00%,and the recovery was 95.85%-99.70%.The method has the advantages of high precision,high accuracy and easy operation,it can be applied to the determination of tea polyphenols in dietary supplement,and can effectively solve the defects in the determination of tea polyphenols in Chinese dietary supplement.
