基于中医传承计算平台的中医药治疗多囊卵巢综合征治法及用药规律研究

Study on the Treatment Principles and Medication Law of TCM for Polycystic Ovary Syndrome Based on TCM Inheritance Computing Platform

目的探析中医药在多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)治疗中的治法及用药规律。方法检索中国知识资源总库(CNKI)、中国学术期刊数据库(万方数据)、中文科技期刊数据库(VIP)2017年1月1日-2022年3月10日中医药治疗PCOS相关文献,筛选后导入中医传承计算平台(V3.0)进行统计,分析纳入处方的用药频次、药性、药味、功效、归经等,采用关联规则、K均值(k-means)聚类算法进行演算进行分析。结果共纳入文献181篇,包含处方188首,涉及中药185味,其中以当归、菟丝子、熟地黄使用频次较高;用药性味以温性、甘味为多;功效分类以补虚药为主;归经以肝经为主,脾经次之;通过k-means聚类得到3对核心药物组合。结论PCOS的中医治疗以补肾为主,辅以健脾理气化痰、活血化瘀调经。

Objective To explore and analyze the treatment principles and medication law of TCM in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS).Methods The literature of PCOS treated with TCM were collected from the database of CNKI,Wanfang data knowledge service platform and VIP database from January 1,2017 to March 10,2022.They were screened and entered into the TCM inheritance computing platform V3.0.In addition,the medication frequency,four properties,five tastes,the efficacy and meridian tropism in prescription were analyzed.Association rules and k-means clustering algorithm were used for calculus analysis.Results A total of 181 articles were collected,including 188 effective prescriptions,involving 185 kinds of Chinese materia medica.Among the Chinese materia medica,Angelicae Sinensis Radix,Cuscutae Semen,and Rehmanniae Radix Praeparata were used in the top three in frequency;the medicinal property of these Chinese materia medica was mainly warm,the taste was mainly sweet;the types of medicinal efficacy were mainly tonic medicines;liver meridian was the main meridian,followed by spleen meridian;3 pairs of core drug combinations were obtained through k-means clustering.Conclusion The TCM treatment of PCOS mainly focuses on invigorating kidney,strengthening spleen,regulating qi and reducing phlegm,promoting blood circulation,removing blood stasis and regulating menstruation.
