中医各家学说易水学派张元素学术思想教学设计

摘要 易水学派张元素的脏腑辨证论治体系和遣药制方理论对中医学发展影响深远,但因其理论抽象,学生理解起来较为困难,一直是中医各家学说教学的难点。通过分析张元素学术思想一节重难点产生原因,突破关键,设计不同的教学形式帮助学生理解,并强调阅读古注对理解古人思想的重要性。古注对字词句乃至篇章的训解,有助于排除语言文字方面的障碍;古注还会对古文中涉及到的社会生活的各方面进行说解,有助于还原医家所处时代的思维方式,以更好地理解医家思想理论。 Zhang Yuansu’s zang-fu syndrome differentiation and the theory of dispensation and prescription in Yishui school plays an important role in the development of TCM.Because of its abstract theory,it is difficult for students to understand it,which has always been one of the difficulties in different schools of TCM theories.By analyzing the reasons for the key and difficult points in Zhang Yuansu’s academic thought section,breaking through the key points,this article designed different teaching forms to help students understand,and emphasized the importance of reading ancient annotations in understanding ancient Chinese thought.The interpretation of ancient annotations on words,sentences,and even texts can help eliminate obstacles in language and writing;the ancient annotations also provide explanations on various aspects of social life involved in ancient texts,which helps to restore the thinking mode of the era in which doctors lived and better understand their thoughts and theories.
