摘要
视网膜母细胞瘤(retinoblastoma,RB)是儿童阶段发生最为常见的一类眼内恶性肿瘤,占全部儿童恶性肿瘤的3%。RB约67%在2岁之前被诊断,95%在5岁之前被诊断。超声影像学是一种普及、便利、可靠的影像学技术,能了解屈光介质混浊的眼内形态,在RB普遍筛查、鉴别诊断及治疗中有重要价值;特别是新兴的超声分子影像学技术为RB的诊疗带来了新的前景和希望。本文将对超声影像学在RB诊断中研究进展进行综述。
Retinoblastoma(RB)is one of the most common intraocular malignant tumor for children,accounting for 3%of all malignant eye tumors.About 67%of RBs are diagnosed before 2 years old,and 95%of them are diagnosed before the age of 5.Ultrasound imaging is a popular,convenient and reliable imaging technology,which can explore the intraocular morphology of the eyeball even when the refractive medium is cloudy.It has important value in the general screening,differential diagnosis and treatment of RB.More importantly,the newly emerging ultrasound molecular imaging technology brings new prospects for RB's diagnosis and therapy.This article will review the research progress of ultrasound imaging in the diagnosis of RB.
