摘要
海上油田由于地域的特殊性,常采用水平井井型大液量生产,在钻完井、生产和修井过程中不可避免地会对油井的近井地带产生污染,造成地层堵塞,从而引起产能下降。通过对污染类型机理的认识,配合使用无因次比采液指数规律曲线,对比正常情况下产能变化规律,可以快速发现油井变化规律的异常;同时结合矿场实际经验形成的污染类型识别图版,可以很好地指导解堵作业的方向。水平井解堵一直是油田开采作业中的难题,有效进行解堵需要对污染原因分析明确,并且结合现场的实际条件,综合选择适合的油井解堵工艺。提出的低成本清水解堵和非酸螯合体系技术,对海上作业有较广的适用性,实际应用效果明显。
Due to the unique geographical characteristics of offshore oil fields,horizontal well type high liquid production was often used.It was difficult to avoid pollution to the near wellbore area of the oil well during drilling,completion,production,and workover,resulting in formation blockage and a decrease in production capacity.By understanding the mechanism of pollution types,combined with the use of dimensionless ratio recovery index curve,and comparing the production capacity changes under normal conditions,anomalies in oil well changes can be quickly discovered;The pollution type identification chart formed by combining the actual experience of the mining site can effectively guide the direction of unblocking operations.Horizontal well blockage removal has always been a difficult problem in oilfield production operations.Effective blockage removal requires a clear analysis of the causes of pollution,and a comprehensive selection of suitable oil well blockage removal processes based on actual on-site conditions.The low-cost clean water blockage removal and non acid chelation system technology proposed in the article has wide applicability at sea and obvious practical application effects.
