摘要
目的评价基于记忆策略法在《儿科护理学》教学的应用效果。方法采用方便抽样的方法,2019年3月至7月选取湖南某高校三年级的全日制护理本科生作为对照组,采用传统的教学方法;2021年3月至7月选取湖南某高校三年级的全日制护理本科生作为观察组,在对照组基础上实施记忆策略教学法。评价两组护生期末考试成绩,同时采用质性研究方法,了解观察组护生对记忆策略教学法的体验和感受,应用Colaizzi 7步分析法对资料进行提炼。结果观察组护生期末考试成绩高于对照组(P<0.05)。访谈资料中提取出4个主题:记忆策略的感悟、记忆策略的收获、记忆策略的改进和对记忆策略的思考。结论基于记忆策略教学法能提高护生知识掌握程度和记忆效果,提高护生主动学习与思考的能力,进而提高教学质量。
Objective To evaluate the application effect of memory strategy method on undergraduate nursing students in pediatric nursing.Methods A convenient sampling method was used to select full-time nursing undergraduates in the third year of a university in Hunan as the control group from March to July 2019.From March to July 2021,full-time nursing undergraduates in the third year of a university in Hunan were selected as the observation group.The control group adopted the basic teaching method,and the observation group implemented the memory strategy teaching method on the basis of the control group.The results of the objective questions in the final examination of the two groups of students were evaluated.At the same time,the students in the observation group were subjected to qualitative research methods to understand their experience and feelings of the memory strategy teaching method,and Colaizzi’s 7-step analysis method was used to refine the data.Results The final examination scores of the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Four themes were extracted from the interview data:the perception of memory strategy,the harvest of memory strategy,the improvement of memory strategy,and thinking about memory.Conclusion The memory strategy based on the three-level processing model of memory information can improve students’mastery of course knowledge and memory effect,improve students’ability of active learning and thinking,improve and perfect teaching methods,and improve the quality of nursing teaching.
