国内外高级实践护士角色引进及发展的范围综述

An overview of introduction and development of advanced practice nurses at home and abroad

目的对国内外高级实践护士角色(advance practice nurse,APN)引进及发展相关研究进行范围综述,剖析该领域相关研究现状,为未来APN的研究提供参考。方法以范围综述方法学为框架,计算机检索Web of Science,Pub Med,CINAHL,The Cochrane Library,Embase及万方数据库、中国知网、中国生物医学文献数据库和维普中文科技期刊数据库。对建库至2021年12月1日的中英文文献进行检索和筛选,采用主题分析法对纳入文献进行主题归类。结果最终纳入12篇文献,共产生4个主题,分别为APN角色引入的意义、APN角色引入计划及准备、APN角色引进模式和APN角色的发展。结论APN引进及发展应以角色证据为指导,目标为导向,确定利益相关者并让其参与和清晰理解角色,才能确保角色引入有效性、合法性和角色实践范围得到充分利用。

Objective To investigate current state in research of introduction and development of advanced practice nurses(APN)both at home and abroad so as to provide a reference for future research about APN.Methods Literature about APN were searched through databases such as the Web of Science,PubMed,CINAHL,the Cochrane Library,Embase,Wanfang Data,CNKI,the China Biomedical Literature Database,VIP and the Chinese Science and Technology Journal Database from the inceptions to 1st of December,2021,in accordance with the review of methodological framework of Arksey et al.The retrieved papers were analysed.Result Twelve articles were included,from which four themes were extracted:significance of APN introduction,planning and preparation of APN introduction,and mode of APN introduction and development.Conclusions Introduction and development of APN should be evidencebased and goal-oriented.Identifying the stakeholders in connection with APN introduction and having them involved and clearly understanding the role of APN can ensure the efficiency and legitimacy of introduction of APN and utilization of APN role at a full scope.
