高等教育更好融入服务全民终身学习教育体系的实现路径研究

The Realization Path of Integrating Higher Education into Lifelong Learning for All Education System

党的二十大报告提出加快“建设全民终身学习的学习型社会”。高等教育是学校教育与社会生活连接转换的纽带,也是满足人民群众从“青年期学习”到“成年期学习”教育期盼的关键所在,在服务全民终身学习教育体系中具有独特作用。要聚焦高等教育更好融入服务全民终身学习教育体系的现实挑战,以更加多元融通的高等教育体系、更加开放融合的高等教育形式、更加主动服务的高等教育机构、更高层次的人才培养效果,更好融入服务全民终身学习教育体系,推进中国教育现代化进程。

In the report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,it is proposed to accelerate the“construction of a lifelong learning society for all”.In the service of the lifelong learning education system for all,higher education is a bridge connecting basic education and social life.It is also the key to ensure the effective connection of people’s learning from youth to adulthood,but China’s higher education has not fully supported the service of the lifelong learning education system for all.The integration of higher education into the education system serving lifelong learning for all is not a new starting point,but to further deepen the reform of the education model on the original higher education system.Instead,it serves the lifelong learning education system of the whole people with a more diversified higher education system,a more open higher education form,a more active higher education institution and a higher level of talent training quality.
