Fund management is the cornerstone of enterprise operations,providing the fundamental assurance for stable business and a vital means for achieving strategic development goals.Strengthening fund management can effectively enhance the efficiency of fund utilization,reduce financial risks,and bolster a company's core competitiveness.However,it is undeniable that many enterprises still face challenges in fund management.Weak fund management awareness,inadequate fund management systems,insufficient regulatory oversight,and a lack of budgetary control are some of the prevailing issues that severely impact the steady growth of enterprises.This paper analyzes the primary problems in current enterprise fund management and proposes corresponding strategies for resolution.
