随着数字化的快速发展,许多企业正在积极探索采用数字化管理方法,并且大力实施财务共享服务模式,以增强企业的竞争力。随着时代的发展,传统的财务共享服务模式已无法满足当今的财务管理需求,所以必须创新财务共享服务模式,以更好地为企业服务。基于此,结合企业现状,对新型财务共享服务模式在企业中的实际应用进行了分析与探讨。

With the rapid development of digitalization,many enterprises are actively exploring the adoption of digital management methods and vigorously implementing the financial shared service model to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises.As the era evolves,the traditional financial shared service model can no longer meet the demands of contemporary financial management,so it is necessary to innovate the financial shared service model to better serve the enterprise.Based on this,this paper combines with the current situation of enterprises to analyze and discuss the practical application of the new financial shared service model in enterprises.
